VP of Preconstruction
A tribally enrolled member of the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma. Lori Hoy is a seasoned construction professional with decades of experience spanning refinery maintenance, pipeline projects, road resurfacing, and residential building. She co-owned a woman-/minority-owned electrical construction firm and holds master licenses in electrical and mechanical/HVAC. Passionate about learning, she helps others achieve their best life through dedication and faith.
Doug Hoffman
Senior Construcion Advisor
Doug brings 35 years of expertise in development and construction, with over 400 successful projects across 28 states in multi-family, senior living, and hotels. Known for his financial insight and value engineering, Doug also supports foster care initiatives and is a leader in The Bedrock Foundation for at-risk youth.
